Are our conversations confidential?

I respect your trust and your privacy. Unless there is an immediate safety concern for you or someone else, everything you share with me is completely confidential.

What if there's something I don't want to talk about?

It’s completely normal to have that concern. I am respectful of client’s comfort level in discussing sensitive topics and go at the pace that is comfortable for you.

What if I am on the fence about trying medication?

At the end of our initial session, I can help you evaluate treatment options and discuss your concerns. I also take a holistic stance on mental health and take into account other variables that can improve your mental health.

How often will we meet?

Appointment frequency is individualized. It depends on how you are feeling and if we are making any medication adjustments. The typical range is every two weeks to every three months. We will discuss this at your appointment.

How can I get started?

Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation . I will send you an email confirmation for your appointment within 2 business days. During the call we’ll talk about your situation and what promoted you to seek out psychiatric support. Our conversation will ensure I am a good fit to meet your needs. I can also answer any questions you have and explain the next steps for scheduling your first appointment.
